Accountmanager France - New business
Swim Essentials is growing rapidly across Europe and is ready to further conquer the French market. That’s why we’re looking for a commercially driven Account Manager France with a clear focus on acquiring new clients. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base in France and building strong, long-term relationships.
Your Role
As Account Manager France, you will focus on actively acquiring new B2B clients, particularly within retail, e-commerce, and distribution. You identify opportunities in the market, open doors, and help grow the Swim Essentials brand in France.
Your responsibilities include:
- Actively generating new business in France
- Identifying market and customer potential
- Developing and executing a commercial strategy for client acquisition
- Pitching the Swim Essentials brand to potential clients
- Negotiating prices, margins, and partnerships
- Collaborating closely with internal teams (sales support, marketing, logistics)
- Attending trade shows in France and internationally
- Building a stable client base with a strong focus on growth
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in international B2B sales, preferably in the French market
- Has a proven track record in acquiring new customers
- Speaks fluent French and English (Dutch is a plus)
- Has strong commercial instincts and a true “hunter” mentality
- Has an affinity with lifestyle, retail, or consumer products
- Works independently and thrives on building client relationships from scratch
